Prices and payment conditions
Cash: replacement or receipt at 15 days discount P.P. 1%.
Payment method: 60 days maximum term, invoice date.
VAT: the corresponding % will be charged, according to current regulations.
Price lists: we are committed to communicate to our customers any change in the prices of the catalog through the usual means of communication: web, email, mail.
Orders
In order to avoid confusion and to offer a better service, it will be an indispensable condition for the buyer to indicate the reference MT Business Key, S.L. in his order, including the digits of the measurement. Each order sent to MT Business Key, S.L. generates an expedition for the customer.

7 ¤ will be charged on invoice for orders under 400 ¤ net (Peninsula and Balearic Islands). For the rest of the territory will be charged the

After-sales services offered by MT:
Claims: any claim must be made within thirty (30) days from the invoice date, and those made after this deadline will be rejected.
Withdrawal period: according to the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users, the buyer has fourteen (14) calendar days to return all or part of the order without penalty, counting from the date of invoice.
Returns: no return of material will be accepted without prior express agreement, by means of the return number provided by the company (see our return policy and process on the web). The maximum period allowed to return non-conforming material is sixty (60) days

Warranty: All our products have a 2 year warranty as established by the current law. If the defect becomes apparent after
6 months after purchase, a technical and/or expert review by our quality department will be required in order to be able to apply your right to the warranty.
The warranty is limited purely and simply to the replacement of the parts, once they are recognized as materially defective by our technical staff, without compensation.
Litigation: in case of litigation, both parties agree to submit their differences to the courts of Barcelona.
MT Business Key S.L. reserves the right to change in whole or in part the design, materials, bagging, packaging and prices of any of its products.
Rates and Freights conditions
Cash: bank transfer. For advance payments discount 1%.
Credit: max. 60 days invoice date after Bank Insurance Approval.
Freight Conditions: EXW Incoterms 2010, unless other conditions are granted.

equal to inner packing quantities.
Packing: included.
Costumer service
Claims: all claims will be granted within 45 days after date of Invoice. After this period MT Business Key, S.L. can’t promise any resolution.
Warranty: all our products are new and are covered for 2 years.
Return policy: all material returned will be at freight paid. All products must be in original conditions and clearly identified. If after
inspection in our warehouse these products are not in original condition, we might apply a devaluation fee.
Conditions inside EU:
Even though all purchases are covered by our extended 14-day exchange or refund promise, no material return will be accepted without
the conformity of the commercial department.
No unwanted material returned will be accepted after 60 days invoice’s date. All unwanted material returned after 14 days of date of
invoice and before maximum period of acceptance (60 days) will be charged 30% of demerit.
Conditions outside EU:

demerit.
Litigations: in case of litigation both sides agree to take their differences at the courts of Barcelona.
