QUALITY AND ENVIRONMENTAL POLICY

MT BUSINESS KEY is a company dedicated to the DESIGN, PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT, AND MARKETING OF PRODUCTS FOR THE CONVEYANCE AND CONTROL OF FLUIDS, operating within its context and taking into account the expectations of relevant interested parties.

The Quality Policy, defined by Management, aims to achieve the following objectives:

• Achieve economic targets across the different business lines.
• Meet commercial objectives with a strong focus on customer loyalty.
• Consolidate the logistics structure.
• Ensure that the services provided meet customer requirements, including legal and regulatory requirements, and are delivered in perfect condition.
• Establish the company in a position of Continuous Improvement.

Aware of the importance of the environment and of the potential impact that the company’s activities may have on it, Management has also defined an Environmental Policy, which aims to:

• Protect the environment through actions and measures focused on the prevention and reduction of any type of pollution that may arise from our activities.
• Comply with applicable environmental legislation and regulations.
• Engage, train, and make responsible all individuals within the Organization—whether employees, suppliers, or subcontractors—so that they respect, share, and apply the Environmental Management System.

To achieve these objectives, Management considers it essential to have a complete organizational structure aligned with the UNE-EN-ISO 9001:2015 and UNE-EN-ISO 14001:2015 standards.

Management has appointed an operational representative for Quality and Environment, granting them the responsibility and authority to identify and report issues related to quality and environmental matters, undertake the necessary actions for their resolution, and verify the results obtained.
