Orders and logistics

How can I request a quotation?

You can request a quotation by emailing ventas@mtspain.net, and specifying the product(s) you are interested in. If you prefer, you can also contact our Sales Team directly.

What is the delivery time?

Delivery takes 24–48 hours within mainland Spain and the Balearic Islands once the order has been confirmed. Delivery times may vary depending on stock availability and destination. Our team will confirm the estimated delivery time when validating your order. For shipments outside Spain, delivery times vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for further information.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes. We ship worldwide and currently operate in more than 50 countries.

What is the minimum order value?

Within Spain, the minimum order value is €150. Shipping is free for orders over €400. Orders below this amount incur a €10 shipping charge.

For international shipments, transport conditions and costs vary depending on the destination. Please contact us for more information.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been shipped, we will provide you with tracking information so you can check its status at any time. If you have any questions, please contact us at ventas@mtspain.net and include your order number.

What should I do if I receive damaged or incorrect goods?

Please contact our team as soon as possible by emailing ventas@mtspain.net indicating the affected order number and attaching photos of the issue so that we can resolve it quickly.

Products and Technical Documentation

Where can I download catalogues and price lists?

All our catalogues are available on our website for online viewing or download. If you would prefer a printed copy, you can request one using this form.

Do you provide files for ERP systems or procurement platforms?

Yes. We provide BC3 and BMECat files compatible with Presto, CYPE and other software to facilitate integration into ERP systems and purchasing platforms. You can request them using this form.

Do you provide technical datasheets?

Yes. All our products include a technical datasheet with detailed product information, including technical specifications, materials, dimensions, pressure ratings, operating temperatures, certifications and applications. These are available on each product page and in our catalogues.

Are MT products certified?

Yes. We hold multiple international certificacions. Product-specific certifications can be found on each product page, in our catalogue and in the technical datasheets.

Are MT products individually labelled?

Our range of brass valves and fittings is individually labelled with an EAN13 barcode for easier purchasing and sales management, as well as a QR code linking directly to the technical datasheet.

What warranty do MT products include?

All our products are covered by a 3-year warranty.

Company and Customer Service

What are your business hours?

Customer service is available Monday to Thursday from 08:00 to 14:00 and from 15:00 to 17:00, and Fridays from 08:00 to 13:30 (Central European Time).

Do you provide technical support?

Yes. MT has its own Engineering and R&D department. Our commercial and technical teams are available to answer your technical questions and support your projects.

Where are you located?

Our headquarters and main warehouse are located in Pallejà (Barcelona, Spain). We also have warehouses in the Canary Islands, Portugal and Mexico.

Can I visit your facilities?

¿Qué debemos saber de una válvula?

Lo primero que debemos saber de una válvula es la medida de paso interior (diámetro) que deberá tener. A esto le llamamos DN
(Diámetro Nominal), que se expresa en milímetros y deberá ser igual al de la tubería donde vaya instalada la válvula. Paso Total; el
paso interior es igual al de la tubería.
