What is the difference between the brass compression ring fitting (Series 67) and the nickel-plated brass compression ring fitting (Series 66)?

Series 66 is manufactured from nickel-plated brass (UNE-EN 12164), while Series 67 is manufactured from brass (UNE-EN 12165). Both series are designed for copper and stainless steel pipe and use a compression connection. The choice depends on the desired finish and the requirements of the project.

What pressure and temperature can MT fittings for copper and stainless steel withstand?

MT compression fittings have a nominal pressure rating of PN16. Their technical limits vary according to temperature: up to 16 bar at 30°C, 10 bar at 65°C, 6 bar at 110°C and 5 bar at 120°C.
