Anti Water Hammer Damper

Water hammer arrester. Reinforced body made of CW617N brass, stainless steel spring and acetate resin diaphragm. The arrester is designed to assist in the protection of hydraulic elements such as valves, pipes and accumulators in domestic systems. It has a male thread in accordance with ISO 228 and has a nominal pressure of 10 bar (150 psi) and a maximum operating temperature of 80°C. The arrester is easy to assemble with a maximum water hammer pressure of 40 bar. Model 4161 is especially suitable for hot or cold water use in pipes up to 1.1/4″. It is recommended to install 2 units on 1.1/2” and 2” pipes.
