Butterfly Valve Wafer Type, Polyamide 11 Disc, Universal Flanged, EPDM Seat

Wafer-type butterfly valve with EPDM seat and cast iron disc with polyamide 11 coating to extend the life of the disc in case of acidic water or water with dissolved salts. Manufactured in nodular GGG-40 cast iron with RAL3020 epoxy paint coating and flanges in accordance with UNE-EN-1092 (PN6/10/16) and ANSI B16.5 class 125/150. The valve is suitable for partial or complete shut-off of a fluid and for use in air conditioning, ventilation, heating, water treatment and distribution, mining industry, chemical and petrochemical plants, sugar industry and sanitary systems. It withstands a maximum working pressure of 16 bar (250 psi) and an operating temperature of -20 to 120°C. Model 5140 can be installed either vertically or horizontally.
