Cast Iron Check Valve NBR Ball Threaded End

Non-return valve with NBR ball and threaded connection. Made of EN-GJS-400 ductile cast iron with RAL5013 epoxy paint coating, NBR elastomer ball and connection threads in accordance with ISO228. The non-return valve is designed to completely shut off the flow of fluid in one direction, preventing a reversal of the flow. It withstands a maximum working pressure of 10 bar (150 psi) and a minimum opening pressure of 0.01 bar. It has an operating temperature range of 0°C to 80°C. Model 5142 is ideal for application in hot and cold water, dirty water and septic tanks, oils and neutral chemicals. It can be installed vertically with the ball at the top and vertically, as long as the flow is upward. MT cast iron valves are manufactured in accordance with the standard UNE-EN-12334.
