Double-acting pneumatic actuator. Body made of extruded aluminium alloy and die-cast aluminium alloy cover protected with epoxy paint coating. The actuator is suitable for automating the operation of valves with 90° movement using compressed air. Model 5200 has an external ±5° opening and closing stroke limiter, double bore at the bottom for valve mounting and with shaft connection in accordance with ISO 5211 / DIN 3337 for 45° or 90° mounting (star-shaped housing). It withstands a working pressure of 2 to 8 bar and an operating temperature of -20 to 80°C. The actuator guarantees lubrication for 1,000,000 operations and is suitable for a wide range of industrial, pharmaceutical and domestic processes. It can be mounted directly on solenoid valves in accordance with standard NAMUR and on fittings in accordance with standard NAMUR VDI/VDE 3845. They are ATEX-certified for use in flammable and/or explosive environments. MT actuators are specifically designed for industrial applications and comply with the highest certifications in fluid handling.
